Companies House Authorised Corporate Service Provider

From 18 November 2025, identity verification has become a legal requirement. Directors of all companies registered in the UK will have to verify their identity – your next Companies House due date will be the deadline if you haven’t done so yet.

Once you have verified your identity, you will be issued a Personal Verification Code.

You will not be able to file your company’s Confirmation Statement unless all company directors have verified their identity and included their personal code. You can verify your identity through Companies House Verify your identity for Companies House - GOV.UK.
